So expensive, staff very .... well the only word i can use is thick ! Ordered 4 cupcakes and they had run out, then they brought 1 over for 4 children, then said the next cheapest thing was 7.99 each !!!!!!!!!!!! WASN'T DOING THAT ... coffee was warm not hot, n the tea was insipid .... such a shame as it was the first time we had visited and id heard such brilliant reviews, also omg the noise of the table behind us ... staff SHOULD have told them to be quiet !!!!

We went for brunch - a present from family. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was freshly cooked, very generous portions, and tasty. I've only ever been for cream teas and cakes before, which are amazing. I would recommend this place for any type of food, anytime.
We went here for afternoon tea which was bought for me for my birthday. We were well liked after and the food was great. The only reason I've marked it as 4* and not 5* is that there was only about half the clotted cream necessary provided for the cream scones which felt like they'd skimped somewhat. Still decent value though - especially with unlimited hot drinks included.
