Always a fantastic service at true colourz. Maria is my beauty therapist, I use her for my nails (acrylic with gel overlay) she does them with such precision. They last until I decide to have them redone, and remain perfect. (I tend to keep them on about 3 weeks) recently I decided to change shape from square to almond Maria was able to do this without removing the acrylic when changing my gel overlay. I cannot fault any of the staff here they're all so friendly and their customer service skills are absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.
I made an emergency lash appointment two months ago I left thoroughly impressed!! I now have my nails, hair and lashes done with Sara she is fantastic. The salon is very clean, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble the Manager Foy is accomodating, professional and friendly. I'm so pleased I stumbled across this absolute gem in the heart of Maidstone I will never go anywhere else.
What can I say about this place! No words to explain how wonderful Maria and Sara make me feel when i walk in and walk out those doors after having any treatment done with them. Maria is the best nail technician I've ever had and will not let anyone get close to my nails as long as she is available along with how the waxing is pain free with her she is just amazing! Sara was the first to do eyelash extensions on me and should be the only from then since always very kinda and polite and explains everything possible about these she also did my hair and loved it looks amazing along this I only booked for hair but had a little accident with my eyelashes and even though I wasn't booked in for these she did not let me leave without sorting then out for me Both these ladies are the best! Totally recommend them and the salon. Thank you wonderful ladies for always making me feel amazing c.f.
Love this salon!! Had my acrylics done for holiday, Maria done an amazing job also a luxury pedicure which has left my feet feeling lush The polish is still on now even though I was in/out the water. My hair was done by Sara, and everyone has been complimenting me on how lovely it looks. Had my eyelashes done by Alex also and I absolutely love them! Thanks so much girls Will definitely be recommending to everyone
Had some "intimate waxing" done today and the therapist (Maria) was excellent. I've had this type of waxing done in other places and this was the least painful experience (and the cheapest if you don't count the student I had wax me) I have had, and a really good price too! The salon isn't your usual high end "piped music and aromatherapy scented atmosphere" But it was clean and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a good waxing experience and I will definitely be going back and recommend it if you just want a good job dome and aren't to bothered about the "frills". Having said that I was offered tea/coffee on arrival and that was nice :)
