Excellent communication highly recommend lovely quiet scenery, enjoyed the local wildlife robin visiting
Our third visit didn't match up to our previous two. It wasn't quite as friendly, there were lots of big groups and it is much busier as there are now many more pitches. I think we are now done with this place. Saying all this it is well worth a visit.
Camping pitches good , when asked to book on a extra night as was kids first time away they had really enjoyed it got told can't do that ,, even though offered to pay extra on top of original payment for the night , so told the kids and ruined the kids holiday ,, attitudes very short and sharp and told us got to many people booked in so answer is no can't stay a extra night very rude won't be coming back there again
Best place weve visited this vacation! Beautiful camp site with lovely owners. We loved the relaxed vibe and cute entourage. We found the surrounding country side not as impressive as in Scotland for example, but nice enough for a good walk. And visiting London for a day is possible as well. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the vicinity again!
Nice and friendly bohemian style camp site with fire pits and welcoming owners. However, the facilities are really below par and are in need of renovation and thorough cleaning. Also, there are no power outlets in the showers to blow dry your hair for example. But still, relaxing camp site to visit with nice pitches (on the field or in the forest to your choosing) . Price is a bit steep though considering the above.
