Was buying a pair of earrings. No one would come up to me. Then asked a member of staff for help and told me I have to wait while they was standing they having a non work chat with another staff member. Then when I did get someone, they just looked miserable and I was being a pain to them. No smile, no how are you just shuved the earrings in a box and that's it. Not a great experience when you want to buy someone a nice present.
Well laid out and plenty of choice. Coffee area and coffee all good.

It used to be one of my favorite stores in Maidstone, but not anymore. Last time when I wanted to purchase one of skincare products at Dior corner, a young teenager girl (shop assistant), was too busy with checking and retouching up her own makeup, so i had to call her myself. Also when I asked and pointed at one of the products that I wanted to buy, she started looking for this product on the shelf, and offered for purchasing the wrong one. Luckily I have noticed this before I paid. At the beginning of transaction she also asked me if I would like to have a 5p bag. Really???? So disappointed, why would I like to pay for a bag, if you are ment to put product that is worth 50 in Dior own brand bag??? So disappointed with the whole scenario, definitely wont come back anymore... I think HF should start recruiting more professional young people....
The store is looking a little less stocked at present and more bargain sale items so I very much hope this is not a prelude to the store being closed. Perhaps it's simply a market place repositioning to help improve long term viability or perhaps nothing more than the normal winter sales.
