They have a fake phone number which never allows you to speak with anyone
have just spent one hour on the telephone being told all operators are busy but my call is important please stay on the line my call will be answered in the order it is received!!!!All I can say is big is def not better and they need a LOT more operators to answer the telephones if they insist on making it "all in on". If you need to get throught to them the best of british luck
