I didn't hesitate to use Angels as l had been to a dear friends funeral they had done and was very impressed with the personal touches care and compassion shown. When it came to my arrangements for my loved ones l had every confidence that my wishes would be met. Each service had different themes and Raf arranged the lot nothing too much trouble and being an independent company untraditional services are carried out which you wouldn't get at a big company. He is a very genuine man and his staff are equally caring too. When the funeral is over the care doesn't stop there as he makes sure you are okay weeks and months later. Since my last funeral like been to another family members burial which Angels arranged and let know for a fact that they were very pleased the way it was handled. Nothing was too much trouble and they took care of things from start to finish, even arranging for staff member Bob to lead the funeral procession along the lane to the church, playing Amazing Grace on the bagpipes; and again on exit and beside the grave. It was incredibly moving and I've no doubt that my old Ma was there in spirit enjoying it all. A surprise of an Angel wreath lay among the flowers from all at Angels.Rafael kept in touch and checked we were coping ok, surprising us a year to the date with a single red rose delivered to the door. The little touches and going the extra mile with no thought of monetary gain are what separate Angels Independent Funerals from the rest. I have happily recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
I recently arranged a funeral through Angels Funerals Directors at Coxheath for a family friend and wish to express my thanks for the brilliant service provided.
