PLEASE IGNORE 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM AGENTS OF ROBERT DYAS! I have ordered a garden furniture and received absolutely no confirmation nor a delivery! Thankfully I had screen print the order and the payment. Otherwise it would be my word against them. Since the order, I sent three emails to their customer service but apart from an email acknowledgement saying "we will contact you within 48 hours" there was no response. When you call their customer line there is either a queue (permenant) or no response. You leave your number (pressing 5) for their staff to call you back but they do not bother. After almost two months of waiting, I still do not know what happened to my order and when will it be delivered. Their customer service and attitude towards customer orders are extremely poor. Next time I will not bother with them.

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to leave one specifically for Trudi who works at this branch. It's never been so easy to return and replace something to store before. She dealt with the situation so well and professionally. She even spoke to my nan over the phone who was the one who couldn't get out of the house to return herself. Lovely person to have at your store.
