Swinton bikes clearly do not want business as having been with them for several years they said they can not insure me as the garage at the end of the garden is in a different post code! god help anyone without a garage in any post code! They add fees for anything they can and basically once they have you on their books they no longer give a toss about you. I will never use these cowboys again (these are the ones with black hats)
Renewals!!! Afternoon call for renewal and still waiting to spec to someone 12 minutes and counting.
I tried Swinton bikes yesterday for a quote-after waiting 20 mins for the "team" I gave up & tried Carole Nash who answered straight away-this morning I tried again for 15 mins with same result- I then spoke to SB complaints & cancelled my existing policy-which Carole Nash will now receive. A word of advice to Swinton Bikes-if you want buisness-ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!
