Absolutely terrible service, I have been calling for 2 weeks constantly over 25 times a day, to arrange payment of a fine and all I get is a stupid automated machine as well as someone telling me to call back later in Welsh, I presume, I have emailed them no answer
Does anybody even work here? I have literally called every 10 minutes of the day since receiving a letter only for your system to cut me off and say you're all busy... at 9.01am? + 10 minutes recurring - Impossible!Terrible service, considering peoples lifestyles (work, babies), I haven't even lived at the address they sent the letter to for 2 years, I've been on the electoral roll at my new address since the day I moved, yet they decided to send letters to the previous address, apparently adding additional costs - so I'm not even sure what's it's about. Appalling.Yet there's no complaint service, I wonder why.
My partner has received a letter claiming he owes 350 to which doesn't state what for I've spent alday today trying to call as comments above always busy no answer. I'm certain that this is a scam & will take letter to police to clarify.
4 calls and cut off 4 times. outstanding public service
We received the FURTHER STEPS NOTICE letter and reported it to the police. The police checked my husband's name against their computer records and there is no outstanding court fine or any offence attached to his name. I advise you all to report it, bring the original letter to the police asap. So they can investigate this.
