We have been using Morlings for a number of years on a Personal and Business level and I really can't say why we have stayed loyal?! The Service is incredibly slow and almost impossible to get a response.The recent case we have been dealing with has lead to 6 emails and 30+ calls since March and still no response!Why am I wasting my time with someone who clearly doesn't value the work!
I used Morlings to purchase my house and I found it quite difficult to get hold of the solicitor/assistant (generally not available or I would leave a message and they wouldn't get back to me). They charge you extra to complete within 2 weeks of exchange (crazy!) on top of their original quote but by the time you find out about this when you sign the contract you have already signed up with the mortgage company and it would delay things to change solicitors... although in the long run this would still be more time efficient than continuing with Morlings! I advise you to avoid this company!
