Food arrived 20+ mins late. Fish was hot but chips that were Part of meal in same box were stone cold. Ordered savaloys which were in sandwich type bag, they were also cold. Extra portion of chips also stone cold. Considering this was first time we had ordered from here, I will not be ordering again. Which is shame as prices are good and fish was nice
Waited nearly two hours for cold chips and savaloys which came in arrived in a sandwich bag . had to re heat my food in the microwave so it was hot and then the chips was still hard in the middle. Wont be returning here again
Not expensive and came on time, even on a Saturday evening. Delivery driver was friendly and the food arrived hot. Good value for money.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Took an HOUR AND 45 minutes on a Monday evening. Rang after an hour and was told it was on the way, Im a 10 minute drive from the shop so definitely wasnt true! Called again and was told short staffed and still on its way. If its going to take nearly 2 hours because of staffing issues then that should be made clear when ordering. Arrived cold and tasteless. Wont be ordering again. Absolutely awful
