Very nice and never too packed full of people. Staff are very welcoming and polite and we were severed by Eleanor who was brilliant
Love it at this cinema, the staff are so friendly and chatty. I'm always going to watch the most up to date films. And always enjoy having another person's opinion after the film. Seen bumble bee aquaman etc
There is always some problem in this cinema. Staff forgets to switch off the lights when film starts, some rooms are so smelly , poor quality speakers, not comfortable seats (even those extra charged ) etc . Really could be better in 2019!
Fantastic staff! Just, couldn't be better. They have two out of their eight screening rooms that are too small, which is a shame. It isn't the cleanest. Often the toilets smell, I believe there is a drainage issue. The screening rooms, carpet and seating is very old, a good clean won't be enough, either new fabric or seats may be required by this stage. But always a good selection of films, with children, senior and surprise screenings at a low price and other bonuses.
Great film (Bohemian Rhapsody). But VERY VERY expensive for what is just a case of walking into a room.And NO desk to get tickets at - you have to use a machine on the wall, which means that you have to pay by card. So no staff or cashing up costs & it's still that expensive!
