This is not a good place for an out-of-towner unless you have plenty of time to master the system and watch out for the small print. As you drive through and it's pretty full you will end up in the underground section: take care to read the small bits on the sign as you pass. Beware - this WHOLE section is for permit holders only on weekdays: ALL the bays are out-of-bounds. When you take the long walk to the single pay area and you take time to feed in your registration details, ignore the large RECEIPT ONLY message on the front of your printed ticket, as well as any onscreen messages telling you that you do not need to trek back to your car to display the ticket, and turn the ticket over: ponder a while on the small print which says that this ticket "must be displayed inside the windscreen of the vehicle". Do you want to take the long walk back or not?

This place is good for access to the train station or town centre. Its late close which helps alot..well for me. Easy access and large parking spaces. Its got up to date ticket machines so buying a ticket is simple!!
