Awful. The company has now had 3 attempts to send an A3 certificate to me and each time its arrived bent and creased.The worst courier/postal service in the UK by a country mile.The claim process is also very difficult with a poorly designed web form that makes it very hard to upload photographic evidence, the sooner RM goes under the better, living of a reputation from a bygone era im afraid.

Worst service in UKThey never really deliver Every time you have to pick up your orders because even if you are at home they prefer to leave the post card in the letterbox instead to come to the door.Even if you have to pay 2-3 pound extra for using a different service, believe me, it worth any penny.
I am currently in UK visiting family, having moved abroad. I missed a very important delivery yesterday, had a card posted through the door but lost the card which enabled me to collect from the delivery office the next day. I explained my problem to the manager and although he could not give me the letter as I could not prove I lived at my daughter's address, he did make arrangements for me have the letter re-delivered that same morning by 9.10 a.m. What a service, thank you so very much indeed, I cannot thank you enough. Where else in the world could you get such wonderful customer service. 10/10
This is by far the worst delivery office Ive ever been to..Two times theyve lost my parcels and today I had to go through yet another "positive" experience..I booked a redelivery for the 08.02.2018 and the item to be delivered to my local post office, because I was sick of dealing with them and on the 10.02.2018 my parcel is still not in the post office.. after i contacted the royal mail "help line" they told me the item has never left the Maidstone DO... and they dont know why...
