I wouldnt recommend this garage to my family and friends as I was bitterly disappointed with their service. I had my BMW serviced by H&C Maidstone and the next morning the engine had an oil leak all over my driveway. Luckily I saw the spillage before I drove to work. Had to take my car back for oil repeln and they didnt even say sorry! Absolutely shocking!04 Feb 19Just read the response from H&C about my comments above. Great service, very professional and helpful staff who know what they are talking about. Always take my car here when I need work done to my bmw as when others have not been able to diagnose an issue these have had no problems in diagnosing and fixing the problems using genuine car parts.
Brilliant service, workmanship and going the extra mile. I cannot reiterate enough how impressed I am with this garage. This was my first time dealing with the garage, they fitted me in at short notice due to my timing chain needing replacing. This was supposed to be a warranty job however I had major issues and Gary from H&C gave me some great advice and seemed like he really went out his way to help me. Pricing was extremely fair. I do not live local to Maidstone however I will be using this garage again due to the customer service and workmanship. Thanks again.
