pathetic. booked in at 10.20 I was told there is a place for me at 11.20 . please take a seat,,waited until 12.00 and asked what's happening and was told (sorry we didn't know you was here)so had to leave the get a phone call asking can we deal with your problem over the phone. what a joke they are 2nd time this has happened to me going to another practice.
