I can never get a appointment. They really should have appointments kept for people who work. And can not just phone on the day.
Can never get an appointment and have to wait 2 weeks to get my newborn daughter seen. Had the appointment changed and was told that I basically had to come in at the new time. When I was pregnant I was sent to the wrong hospital and I got an voicemail to prove it and played this to the receptionist at Maidstone hospital. My son has a disability and the prescriptions sometimes take a week to do and he goes without medication and the pharmacist has noted this to me many times but then sometimes its spot and done within 48 hours. I stupidly moved to this surgery. Although Dr Alexander herself is lovely and polite the whole system there is awe full.
Shocking surgery no care at all ... rang up at half 8 finally get through after 15 mins to be told all appointments are gone and will have to wait for cancellation for my two year old to be seen
I have always managed to get an appointment , especially for my 3 children. One who suffers with asthma, and is always treat straight away and given what shes needed to prevent an hospital stay. When ever Ive needed a prescription etc its always done. The staff are always helpful. I even changed surgerys when I moved house as it was 2 bus rides to get there for me. As soon as I passed my driving test I moved me and my 3 children straight back to the surgery. Never had a problem . The surgery have always dealt with any of my queries and appointments with efficiency and always been friendly and helpful.
I have had nothing but first class service from this surgery, all the staff seem to bend over backwards to help and I am a great believer if you speak to people politely and with respect you will get the same in return, Lucy on reception in particular has always been so helpful and sorts out any problems that we have with prescriptions very quickly, recently I had a query with my daughter precribtion and between Lloyds pharmacy and the surgery it was sorted so quickly and professionally.Thankyou
