Had my Epiphone SG serviced and although they fixed the jack and Ive had no issues with it since, they altered the action on the guitar and done it to the measurements but without actually playing it afterwards to see how it sounded so now if I play any frets above 12 it has no sustain

Top tier customer service- I came in to buy a keyboard and the knowledgable staff walked me through the different feautures and allowed me to test the model I wanted to buy. After purchase they were unable to find a standard keyboard stand in the store so gave me a different style one on the house. I also walked away with an old marketing campaign carboard cutout of Matt Bellamy because why not! Stellar service and will definitely direct all my musically minded friends there.
