Large out-of-town store with a wide range of sofas and a smaller range of beds, bedroom and dining room furniture. The staff are helpful and will mostly allow you to browse in peace until you are want help, or to buy something.
The guarantee is for the frames only. The first fabric sofas we purchased were faulty so we upgraded (paid the extra) to get leather ones which seemed more sturdy. 2 years later the foam has completely sunken & we have tried to refill them to no avail. Saggy beyond belief!! We paid over 2 grand, complete waste of money! We are of slim build so it's not from excessive weight either, avoid dfs if you want good quality long lasting sofas.
Had great customer service today from David. Not pushy and allowed our mum to take her time and choose the style and colour she wanted. Thanks, now just a waiting game.
