Customer service advisor slammed the phone down on my query, promises to call back never materialised, paid out money still no bed would not recommend dreams
Extremely helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help me get my bed delivery done earlier than what was quoted. Im a pensioner and needed my bed sooner. The manager called warehouse and head office to arrange it for me. Many many thanks for looking after me. Much appreciated. Will highly recommend.
I dont understand the bad reviews of this place. People must have gone in a bad day because when we went only the general manager was in and he couldnt have been better. He left us to our own devices while we looked, and when we called him over he was enthusiastic, informative and, polite. Highly recommended.
Our bed was delivered this morning and assembled by dreams, I am not a heavy guy at all and when I sat on the corner of the bed for the first time I heard a crunch, when I lifted the mattress the slats were extremely poor, you can completely bend the slat the opposite direction with the press of a finger but some were good and firm as they should be. I wouldnt trust laying on it thats for sure. I contacted dreams and will take them a month before they can send someone out to replace the slats, so looks like were sleeping on the floor until these are replaced. I think youre sold the world in store but as soon as its in your bedroom its hard to get dreams to deal with issue above. Thats my experience and thats the first and last time purchasing from dreams.
