We stayed for a relatively long term at this hotel and we wanted to say thanks so much to all the staff and in particular to Manager Mike that went beyond a standard service. Great if you are in Maidstone for a casual stay.
Lovely comfy beds, clean and tidy. Breakfast is continental so not an awful lot of choice, no bar or entertainment at the moment. It is in a prime location though in Maidstone, literally 5 minutes from the town centre! Good for a couple of nights stay!
Maybe I should have expected this hotel to be like a DSS hostel with the reasonable price, however there a far better hotels in Maidstone for around the same price range. The beds we comfortable though.
No reception on Sunday had to ring to get a code to get in no key then key to room front door. Clean and tidy value for money. Plenty of parking around just remember to leave time to find some as hotel has no parking it's self.
Fairly reasonable. Towels needed to be cleaner but overall a nice place to stop a night. No car parking though you have to use the council one which isn't far down the road.
