Room was lovely, although bed was too hard for me. Dinner and breakfast lovely. Pool and changing rooms weren't great but OK. Very small changing rooms. The bar only had 3 martini glasses so there was a long wait for drinks as they had to be washed before each new cocktail was made! 3 martini glasses for an entire hotel!!And 9 for cocktails made using ready mixed mixers is a bit of a rip off
Love the views. Quiet and reserved area. Able to swim and use the gym in winter. The water is so warm and regularly checked. Absolutely beautiful.

Very comfortable stay if only for one night. An excellent welcome when we arrived- professional but delivered with a broad smile. Good choice of breakfast this morning. All hot food was hot. Only downside was not being able to enjoy the spa! We shall return!
A comfortable and spacious hotel close to Maidstone and surrounding attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy although some are affected by road noise on one side. Pool and Jacuzzi are free to use and are not too busy. Breakfast is excellent but dinner dining is not cheap. Loads of parking although they now charge extra for this. Visited many times and keep coming back as it has a nice ambience and you can just unwind here.
