Absolutely disgustingthe food arrived late . Didn't not taste of anything apart from salt and was also burnt. I called them and explained that I wanted a refund and they refused. Terrible service disgusting food and very poor customer service. I will be reporting to trading service. Mum mys birthday was totally ruined. I offered to drive the food back and he still said no. We have been left upset and disappointed on mums birthday and most of all we are all hungry. AVOID AVOID AVOID I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER
If you like sweet and sour chicken which is neither sweet nor sour, Kung po chicken that looks like the scraps from Sunday's roast dinner, rice that has been cooked and recooked repeatedly, prawn toast which was a fried slice with sesame seeds on top, and undercooked prawn crackers, this is the place for you!!
Terrible experience, if i could give this less than 1 star i would, firstly the food turned up late, and when i called to ask what was happening as its been over an hour, i was greeted with a terrible attitude and also he tried to correct my timing, but he was wrong (as i have the proof on my email). And finally the food, it was cold, and terrible, the rice was burnt and stuck together, and the beef with broccoli in oyster sauce was wrong as there was no broccoli in it, but what we did receive had three pieces of beef and the rest of the tub was filled with uncooked veg. They did get one aspect right, which was putting no prawns in the rice. would definitely not recommend China GoGo, i would suggest anything else! terrible!!!
poor service, very bad delivery time we waited just over 2 hours for our food after making 2 phone calls finding out what was going on. Will never order from here again, quality of food is not that great either.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The worst experience of Chinese food I have ever had. The delivery turned up almost half an hour late - not a great start. Then our drink had been left off the delivery which prompted the first phone call to this poor excuse of a business. The drink followed on a separate delivery around 10 minutes later. The nightmare began when we started tucking in to our highly anticipated "food". Where do I start... The prawn crackers were stale with a leather like texture, the rice and chow mein had one overpowering taste -plastic. The food had obviously been stored in the Tupperware containers (I dread to think how long for) and then reheated upon receipt of order. The crispy sea weed had a similar texture to what I imagine BBQ charcoal would taste like, it literally turned to ash in your mouth. The prawn toast was soggy and oozed chip fat. The list goes on. I phoned the general manager at this branch of China Go Go and explained the issues we had. He was very aggressive/rude, refused to give me a refund and hung up on me. Luckily we had ordered the takeaway through JustEat and after calling them they swiftly gave me a full refund. I will NEVER EVER be using this chain again for any of the cuisines they offer and I hope others read this review and don't waste their time as well.
