It took a while for them to start the repairs and when they did they realised they had missed some damage caused by the 3rd party so suggested we could pay for a new bumper! Obviously as this was a no fault accident we would not pay. Delivery was then delayed as they didnt realise it would need to have to take it to an Audi dealers to reset it due to a new bumper (They are supposed to be an Audi approved repairers). The car was delivered back with a wheel not matching, chips and scratches all over the new paintwork, and an orange peel finish to the paint.They were quite dismissive initially. The problem now is they wish to rectify which means we will be without our car driving a car which is nothing like ours. We have raised the issue and asked them to supply a similar vehicle. If this is rectified satisfactorily I will update this post. As it stands I would stay well clear of this repairers.
Car was sent here via insurance company, want in for a rear bumper, came back with suspension fault, grinding noise, pool of water in rear, and a burning smell on rear wheel after driving! Keep away at all costs! THIS IS NOT OVER

Absolutely diabolically useless. Never bothered leaving a review before but these are so bad I have to. Car been back 3 times with various things that didnt get fixed the first time. The paint on the new bonnet is peeling off now, been waiting since September for a call back to discuss. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Only went there as my insurance company recommended it.
