I have recently joined this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone considering dental care. From the moment I first walked in, I knew I was in safe hands with very expert staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I have just started my orthodontic treatment and have no regrets. Tom Allen did an excellent job removing four teeth (something which I was pretty nervous about, but Tom was fantastic, explaining everything and conducting the work in a very professional and calm manner). Sam Jackson has also been brilliant, helping me to book in the required appointments, explaining the various treatment and payment options available and providing general support.
I have had two courses of treatment with Tom Allen, six implants in all, three of which were complicated, and considering the nature of the work that has been done have suffered very little pain or discomfort and ended up very pleased with the results. Tom, Nurse Lacey and the rest of the team are very caring and kind professionals who realise you do not really want to be there and, if anything like me, are probably scared of the procedures before they are started. The whole team minimise the stress very well by their positive attitudes. Tom explains the work he proposes to do in as much detail as you require. Tom is a very careful practitioner who understands in great depth the problems that can arise with implants and does everything possible to not have problems now or in the future. In my case with great success. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and team to anyone who needs implants.
This is a wonderful practice with very expert staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Tom Allen is an exceptional Periodontist and the staff are highly trained and very professional. I underwent a (dreaded) Perio treatment with Tom and Lacey as clinical assistant and it couldn't have gone better. An uncomfortable treatment usually, I sailed though the three appointments and Tom and Lacey made the experience very pleasant. Had treatment with Dr Allen and his team. Great service from the moment I entered the reception. Everything was explained to me step by step, I had a curtesy call the next day after my implant placement to see how I was - this was reassuring and a very pleasant touch. They really do seem to care about their patients.
