greedy guts!Dr Mohamed javad quotes me ridiculous amounts every time he see's me. price keeps going higher and higher, he once charged me 240 while I was expecting a NHS charge of band 2 56.00. I asked for clarification the reception people said its because I had been charged privately which I did not consent to. he refused to give me an explanation himself in person, passed message's on to staff.he asked more questions about my personal life then he did dentistry. he's clothes smelt, had marks on, with saliva bubbles on the corner of his lips. very unprofessional with his behaviour, hygiene and informing patients about costs.
No professionalism whatsoever! i saw the dentist called Mr Akbar, he was extremely rude and insulting at first. towards the end he started getting personal. i mentioned i was running late for a meeting but he kept on rambling on about nonsense (non dental), which kept me an extra 15 mins after my appointment no doubt delaying the person after me. The entire experience did not feel as though i went to see the dentist. he was loud, bolshy and very informal. He was very unkept, had dirty scrubs on, had BO and seemed like he hasn't bathed in over a year.
Having had a long standing fear of dentists I cannot praise this team enough. Have had several treatments here under Dr Patal and am glad to say my fear has gone. Would recommend to anybody.
I've been with this surgery for years. They are just perfect! Fast and reliable service, excellent patient approach. My dentist is Dr. McCormack and I couldn't ask for better care. I am not a paying patient (I receive NHS treatment) but it does not affect the services that I receive. The stuff is very friendly and professional. Great professional knowledge and perfect information in regards to treatment and post-treatment care. I highly recommend this Dental Centre. My treatments included: fillings, root canal treatment and tooth extraction. I can safely say that visiting the dentist was almost a pleasure (considering lol)! That's how good they are.
