Very rude receptionist. Also told I've been removed from list because of missed appointment which was untrue.
4 weeks wait for an emergency appointment, the told I need urgent work, 3 weeks wait for x ray then told the next appointmentwould be 4 weeks after that, at least 3 months to get an urgent problem fixed. Great service!!!
After having my appointment cancelled 3 times, and having to wait 2 months between rebooking I've given up with this practice.The last time it was cancelled they didn't even bother to tell me it had been cancelled, so a wasted journey through the middle of Maidstone.Would highly not recommend this practice to anyone.AVOID.
Where do I start !Having been a patient here since I was 16 Ive never even considered going elsewhere.Ive recently had two teeth extracted which was a smooth and pleasant experience (the drugs were amazing)Ross who carried out the extraction was brilliant and explained all the options and advised me accordingly, follow up calls were also made the following day to ensure everything was ok. Great customer/patient care which is rare
If you think 2 months wait for an appointment is acceptable then this is the dentist for you!
