Service so far has been very good. The staff has been helpful and informative - they do know their stuff!We chose Clarkes because they have a good selection of well-made sofas using serpentine springs. This was important to me as I had also done my homework on sofas; I didn't want a sofa that's got the looks but hasn't been constructed with the best materials. I wanted something that was built to last and will hopefully see us into our dotage! I just hope the sofas will be made now before we move in January!
