OLLIE! After being a member for a few months I still didn't have a clear plan as to my goal. Had a chat with Ollie, incredibly knowledgeable and he worked with me to put together a plan that made it clear in my head not just what i wanted to achieve BUT, how i was going to achieve it. Always a smile from the desk when you walk in and the staff are always looking to help you out with exercises. The gym can be busy in the evenings, but not a problem as they have so many duplicates of equipment that you never have to wait. Keep up the good work Ollie and Jay!
I'm not a big fan of gyms, in fact, I hate them. That was me until I joined Core gym. Core is different - everyone from teenagers after school, working mums like me and serious athletes all training together and very little of the gym poseurs...and even they can laugh at themselves - it's that kind of a place - where you can be you and do what you need to do and everyone is perfectly OK with that. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and keen to help you get the most out of your membership. I recommend Core all the time. Try it, you might just feel like you're home.
By far the friendliest gym I've been a member of. For 23.99 a month you really can't go wrong and met some great people too
Core is in a league of its own in my opinion.The atmosphere is what makes it so special. There is such a welcoming feel to this place. Everyone is really supportive, knowledgeable and professional.Totally recommend.
Its a nice gym BUT Im leaving one star as:1) you basically cannot take a shower since there is no hair dryer (First time I asked if there is any, the guy suggested to put my head close to the hair dryer in the toilets! Of course he was kidding. He also said its a low-cost gym. How much does two hair dryers cost?!)2) the music is too load that cant hear my own music through headphones.
