Worst gym ever if I could give no stars I would joined nearly 2 weeks ago and cannot get on the yoga body balance or pilatus class These classes are advertised but are always full it waiting list and spoke to a few long term members and they assured me it is always like it and not just because of Xmas new year They are quicker anough to sign you up but do not tell you these classes are impossible to get on otherwise knowone would realistically join When you take with management thay clearly don't give a dannm and give every excuse under the din There steam room doesn't work with broken door and has been like it 10 days since I have been a member then when I spoke to manager he said only a week so he lied when I stated this his showed his annoyance and said he had to go and basically if I wasn't happy then there was nothing he could some attitude that is So basically they want you to pay 49 a mth not be able to do classes not use the steam room then try and lie to you and when the so called manager couldn't give any answers say look I have to go now no customer service skills what' so ever My advice stay awqy from this gym at all costs they only care about the money and nothing else worst gym I have ever been tio
Very happy with this gym. Would be better if it opened at 6 at weekends as well.
Would be 5 star however wattbike has been broken for a while....very generous size changing room and clean showers. One of the pricier gyms.
Staff are friendly and approachable. Equipment good and clean. Would highly recommend for the price. Pool is a gem, 25m always have a swimming lane and changing room is always clean.
Good clean gym with friendly staff. Only bug bear is they constantly run out of the keys for the lockers meaning you have to take your gear with you into the gym or risk having stuff pinched. They do need to sort this.
