Ive only been coming to Aerial Yoga at Heavenly Fitness for 5 weeks and my flexibility has changed so much already. Classes are fun and varied and there is something for everyone to try, no matter what your ability is. Im loving it!
Great Pre-natal class. Very relaxed and friendly. The class is also a fantastic way to meet new friends going through the same exciting stage in life!
