Terrible Practice in need of a complete restaffing starting at the top and working down. I submitted a less than 5 star review on the NHS website recently and the NHS & Practice themselves rejected it for publication. I think they will find that although they can control the NHS they are unlikely to be able to control Google. Of late bad reviews seem to be rejected on purpose, obviously by weak management staff who are unable to handle constructive criticism. Ive never been seen anywhere near on time, if an appointment was offered at all. Have attended A&E on more than one occasion to be asked by senior hospital staff why I am there and my problem is something even a qualified paramedic can solve. Thankfully have now moved to a more efficient Practice.

This was only because the medical secretary was half pleasant. Impossible to get seen so heaven help if im really ill. I will venture to A and E next time

If there was a zero star option I would deffilinitly give it rang for an appointment and had the nurse ring me back. She continued to palm me off and would not give me an appointment I asked over and over again for an appointment and would constantly get palmed off. I feel that if you need to see a doctor and there is available spaces your request should be met. Not have someone belittle and not help when you are in need. Utterly disgraceful now need to change doctors and hopefully get the help I've been asking for.

Firstly the reception staff are amazing and couldnt do enough for you. Secondly is the service low staffed? I waited over 2 hours on a triage appointment to be seen. The worst thing is not knowing when you will be seen.Every single time I come to the practise there is always something wrong It needs fixing!!

This practice has, without a doubt got problems. They ARE being addressed. The new " sign yourself in" system reduces quequing at the desk for a start. I experienced the triage system this morning and was impressed by its speed and efficiency . Beyond that, the G.P. I saw, Doctor Allen, was highly personable and took the trouble and time to look into my records and find what had helped me in similar circumstances before. Above all, the staff, as always in my experience, were human, warm and efficient . Considering the circumstances under which this and many surgeries prevail, I am grateful for all of the above. Thanks team!
