Where do you find a decent medical practice in the Maidstone area. They seem thin on the ground and all have a lot of negative reviews compared to London practices.
I have never been to such a diabolical doctors surgery. Ive booked an appointment that was given to me on a slip, only to be booked in an hour earlier than the allotted time, not to mention and extremely RUDE receptionist, with such poor people skills, manors and LACK of ability, they should be ashamed of thier poor attitude and efficiency.
The reception is awful. They act like they know about the pain although we are the patients. Didn't get me an appointment at the time when I needed although I was in pain.
Absolutely awful, my girlfriend is a patient here and Ive just moved to the area, and having watched the way they treat her, I am desperately looking for a different GP to sign up for. They are just going over each others heads for treatment options, none of which are the right course of action given that I am in fact a healthcare professional and know what is going on, and they are unhelpful. In addition, their electronic sign in option doesnt work properly, and they are more concerned with ploughing you with pills and alternative therapies than actually investigating and sorting out the root problem. Awful.
