Very nice hospital and very friendly staff
From consultation to discharge everyone from the consultant to the young girl that kept me supplied with coffee were great. You can't fault this hospital.
Perhaps the best private hospital for elective surgery outside of London. State of the art facilities that are expansive yet intimate. Spacious, clean and modern private rooms with country views. Polite and genuinely friendly nursing team and staff. It is clear that everyone at the hospital is working very hard to ensure patients are given the best care and have a pleasant stay. The only negative is a slightly overzealous NHS style healthy eating policy which denies inpatients fat coke but this is made up for by very decent coffee and biscuits! Overall highly recommended.

I went into Kim's as a day patient but had to stay overnight excellent staff nothing was too much trouble. From the start to me leaving I was treated extremely well, I would highly recommend having treatment done here. This is the first time I have been here as a patient but not the first time coming here as my husband and father in law have been treated here and we are always treated very well. I found from the moment you enter the premises you are greeted with a very warm welcome and this continues all the way through my stay. Very clean, food excellent every staff member friendly and helpful and the after care very good.
