best Chinese in Maidstone without a doubt, only recently found these guys and they're fantastic. Food is brilliant, and delivered on time. Can't fault them!
Absolutely terrible. Order arrived very late, was cold, item missing from the order and everything inside spilled everywhere!I will never order again after tonight. Had them collect thier careless order and got a refund to get a real catered meal.AVOID!
Ordered food this evening at 17:30 and it said it would take an hour to be delivered which seemed like a long time for a Thursday night but I ordered anyway. It got to 18:45 and there was no sign of the food. I called them to find out where it was and they said they hadn't received my order despite me having a confirmation email. The lady on the phone then realised that my order was on their system but they had missed it off. She said they'd get the food ready then and get it to me straight away. It arrived nearly an hour after the delivery time they'd originally given me and nearly two hours after I ordered the food. The food itself was nice when it finally turned up but I wouldn't bother ordering from here again as looking at other reviews it seems like poor delivery times is a theme of this place.
Placed an order on 06/10/18. Order due 9.30. At 9.30 the time changed to 9.50. Then got phone call at 10 to say it'll be another 20 mins. I was not happy as this was nearly an hour late. They offered us 25% off but said it had to be through Just Eat so it would be 2 weeks! We couldn't see why they couldn't just give us 5 out of the till and give it to us when they delivered. She kept saying they couldn't. We went back and forth over this, but we were polite. She then put us on hold for a while whilst she took another order! So rude. Then she said I'm cancelling your order and hung up. I don't mind mistakes being made, but apologize and make recompense immediately if you want to keep your customers.
