Overall happy with product selection. Staff do not offer assistance but pleasant enough if you track one down to help.
I say it as it is, so I wouldn't recommend this branch of Halfords to anyone. Cramped inside, all the staff (if you can find anyone) seem miserable and uninterested in assisting you, customer service almost zero. Its the worst Halfords I have been to.
Spoke to a member of staff who was the epitome of how not to speak to a paying customer... Didnt listen and very rude, one less customer now....
Very well laid out store. Bikes and scooters all displayed very clearly and accessible.I would like to particularly thank Roxanne who answered all my questions and was willing to search for an item online that I described in case the store stocked it.Brilliant service.Mrs Whelan
There appears to be a strong requirement for some sales training, as there was a distinct lack of enthusiasm by the person we spoke to, both on the telephone and also in store.
