The staff (Carol) was excellent from the moment I walked in... got all the advise I needed, to hopefully get me running better without pain... Will definitely be back

Never felt so awkward....I felt like I was putting the employee out by asking questions and needing clarification on points. The rest of the team seemed helpful and outgoing....not the older lady. Just there for a payday. I purchased the moulded insoles but wasn't happy with her pick of trainers for which I was made to feel guilty....My partner also made a purchase but agreed the service and experience was awkward and not as we had hoped.
Good service from the staff and great stock. However, had my hair measured their and was told that even though I am a neutral runner I would benefit from having insoles. I had them made to my feet at an extortionate price. Anyway, I took their advice and purchased them. BIG MISTAKE! Due to the insole I have now got a tendon injury in my right foot. Seen Podiatrist and been told I do not need them and very hard. I have also heard that salesman get commission for selling insoles. Raise an eyebrow!Thanks for the injury!
I had excellent service from this branch. Two staff members helped me who were very knowledgeable and helpful. My running gait has changed to a neutral gait and the first trainers offered were lovely but not right so I went back and they sorted me out different shoes- Brooks Ghost 10 which are amazing! Thank you so much for your help!
