I signed up to the aerial silks course and its such a laugh, so challenging and very rewarding (however little the accomplishment)! Emma is such a fab teacher and makes it such a friendly and relaxed environment. 8 weeks on and my strength and confidence has improved so much! Will be signing up again this evening!
I loved doing the beginners class. Signing up for the advanced class and also interested in doing the vertical bar. Highly recommended. Great way to tone up as well. Emma is an excellent teacher and very professional. Thank you! : ) xx
Pussycat Poles is more than just a fun exercise class it is a group of women who come together of all ages, sizes and abilities and who are able to learn something new, get fit, make friends and not feel judged or hung up about their bodies. The instructors are very friendly, kind, fun, passionate about pole and patient. They are also very professional and are very well trained in delivering each course. The courses flow well helping you to build strength and confidence and develop new moves which challenge you but are achievable. Every time I crack a new move I feel a real sense of achievement and feel very supported and encouraged by both Emma and other girls on each course. It's the only exercise class I have maintained over the years and where I look forward to going to each week.
I have pole danced with Pussycat Poles for several years now. I am still making progress as there is always something new to learn no matter how long you have been dancing. Pussycat Poles isn't just about going to the classes there are showcases, competitions, aerial taster days and charity events to get involved with. I would definitely recommend Emma as an instructor and know the girls that teach at other the other Pussycat Poles schools are lovely too.
