I was disappointed as I was promised a driver to and from work whilst my car was serviced. I arrived at 8.30am as required and was told that there were no drivers as they were all out. This is a big problem at this site which is located on a motorway junction with no method of walking off site to find public transport. I was informed that a taxi could be arranged and paid for one way but I would have to organise the return journey.
Have been a few times now & had to wait around for quite a while,But yesterday was the best service ever Katie was very friendly no waiting around it was the quickest service I have had there before,All the staff are very pleasant there & very welcoming but Katie was very quick no waiting around thank you Katie for the great service I received yesterdayMrs Kelly
Hi , I found the experience very good, although I did have to wait around for a while but that gave me the chance to have a look at the new vehicles . Young Ryan was extremely helpful with explaining some of the electrics in the car. Thanks for the service I received .. R C Stevens.. PS. Can you give me a price for replacing the discs and pads please??.
The service was fine, and I was informed clearly what extras were needed. My one complaint is that I was made to wait to pick up my car even though my contact told me I would need to come straight away if I needed it that evening!
I would like to thank the team at Audi Maidstone for their excellent service. First served on Friday morning as I was only passing through. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Although my issue could not be dealt with completely that morning all possible efforts were made to ensure I could continue on my way!
