I was looking for a replacement vehicle after my old Citroen c4 had died suddenly on me I was driving through Maidstone and spotted a lovely range rover evoqe and stopped to have a look the sales team were helpful polite and informative unfortunately the car was outside my budget but the vehicle was competitively priced
We visited Marshams last week and we found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. They have a huge range of cars from reasonably priced to top of the range and thy have various ways that thay can help you finance the car you choose. Very handy and close to Maidstone town centre. They also have a superior MOT Centre and Servicing and Repair shop. I would highly recommmend Marshams Services.
My girlfriends mother put her car in for an MOT perfectly fine, when we received the car there was chipped paint to the left of the drivers side light, we was told that when they opened the bonnet of the car it pullet the paint off, i have opened and closed the bonnet about 20 times myself and i know there is easily a 6mm clearance on both sides, they told us to either remove the accessory or get some spray paint, i wasnt happy with how the manager spoke to me or my girlfriends mother, he basically told me i was wrong and also started to blame the paintwork then told us to take it out with head office, it turns out one of the testers got their jumper caught on the accessory and pulled their jumper causing the paint to come away from the body work. Not impressed at all, never going back to them again, terrible customer service
Just brought my lovely Mazda 5 form Marshams and can honestly say that the customer service was outstanding. Rupert was so helpful. I have not experienced that from other garages that I had visited in my 11 month quest for a new car.
