A great service offered by genuine friendly staff from my first step into the showroom to the last handshake driving away my new car. All questions I had were answered immediately with other products offered and explained but not pushed. My new car was MOT'd, valletted and even a small paintwork defect was repaired all given free of charge. I would recommend both Marshams and Darren who dealt with all my queries and purchases from my first phone call to the point I drove away.

The sales people are... Sales people, the typical kind who care less about you than how much money they get from you, extended warranty, paint protection, more insurance and service plans all while promising to get the things you've noticed wrong with the car fixed by the time you collect the car which were not fixed and then required me to return to the garage to get them fixed. They did this free of charge which is a plus and the garage side of the business seems to be good, friendly staff in this side of the company.Enjoying the car though, but then they didn't make the car.
