I travelled over from Northern Ireland to buy a car from the Williams group Wolverhampton branch and can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with the guys there! From my initial enquiry right through to being collected from the airport they were great, very polite and informative at all times answering all questions and insuring the car was everything they described and more. Very good experience with these guys. Nick sent me a walk round video of the car (BMW 5 Series GT) so I could get an idea of it before I went to view it. On viewing the car was exactly as described. No pressure selling at all, was allowed to take car for test drive alone and wasnt bullied in to anything. Very happy indeed and will buy again from here.
Stay away from this car dealer! Brought a car with a failed mot but they passed it could off died in this death trap and I have two small children my new mot tester said we are all lucky to be alive. Wen told them the general manager Justin denied they had done a fraudulent MOT and said take it up with a solicitor and was very rude very unprofessional. You have been warned

So on the back our comment this morning, we have just received a phone call from justin the general manager regarding our comment. Which was just regarding his behaviour and he quickly dismissed us when we decided against the purchase of the car. His reason behind it as he has just told us is, he had another customer on the phone ? Bearing in mind he phoned a colleague to deal with us then phoned the other because he was not at his desk, and was no more than 5ft away.As a manager myself you should always deal with the customer in hand. NOT dismiss them because you have not got your own way, and have underpriced them by a 1000. Shocking display as a manager, then to phone you at home telling you is upset by your comment, this on the verge of bullying my girlfriend. Monkey desperate Motors is what I think.
