Matt came out to take Photos and was a very nice chap, very professional and we liked the pics taken, however quite disappointed from there. Communication was lacking, had to chase for feedback, confusion on viewing times and dates. Lots of young staff who were polite but ineffective. Some experience needed within the team. The only shining star who was brilliant throughout and a credit to the team was Jessica. Efficient, reliable, polite and really good at her job. She saved the day many times.
Ben Siggins sold my house in Tudor Avenue. A house that I thought could probably sell itself. I would described the service from Ben Siggins once Id decided to use them as mediocre. Lots of lovely sales pitch. Not a lot of work with viewing or trying to get the buyers to raise their offer. I took a drop on the price because I didnt want to lose the house I was buying. However, I would like to mention the solicitor I used was excellent- Apex Law. Rainham
Have been really happy with the service from start to finish with Ben Siggins. From when Matt came to do our valuation, it was thorough and talked us through everything. Jess, James and Sandra were all brilliant throughout the process and helped get everything through the final stages before exchange contacting the whole chain on our behalf - big thank you to Sandra for the final pushes and efforts made! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
I originally used Ben Siggins 4 years ago. I was amazed by the quality of service compared to other estate agents I have dealt with. Although my original sale was not smooth sailing (through no fault of theirs), Ben Siggins diligence was remarkable and still managed to secure another sale in the most minimal amount of time. Similarly I have just used the firm for another property sale. Same issues as before, the original offer fell through. Same service as before, impeccable. I simply cannot rate the Maidstone team highly enough. Ironically the way I chose them originally was through reading Google reviews. Therefore I have used the same platform in an effort to promote more custom...which they work incredibly hard for, and justly deserve. If the score was out of 100, I still would not hesitate in giving a top mark rating.
