Page & Wells (King Street Maidstone branch) were the acting agents in my purchase of an investment property during late 2017/early 2018 & my dealings at the outset were with Sam Mihill.He was an absolute delight to work with, gracious approachable, exceptionally helpful throughout the three moth process as well as efficient & completely understanding of my specific requirements as an investment purchaser including the three viewings prior to exchange, even going as far juggling his diary & rearranging appointments in order that we had continuity; nothing was too much trouble.He also, even more importantly managed to very diplomatically & successfully secure the offer that I had tabled to the vendor and persevered until acceptance.Sam also continued to be supportive with some post completion issues that arose. Cannot recommend Sam highly enough.
