Our very recent experience of Seekers has been excellent. Lyndsey Posey the new manager is such a good addition to the team. She has been extremely professional and pro-active in sorting out a problem that developed with our tenant. Within a three week period all of our problems have been sorted and our new tenant moves in on Monday. Many many thanks to Lyndsey and her team.
Agent never showed up to our property viewing. When we phoned the office they said they didnt know why she wasnt there. Waited 45 minutes, no apology or offer of someone else to come.
Seekers completed on the sale of a flat for me today! They valued and marketed the property in Gillingham, undertook viewings and achieved and offer which I accepted. They have kept in constant touch all the way through.I have been very favourably impressed with their service (and their fees!) and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Ten years ago I became an unexpected landlord and it has been a great relief to know that Seekers have always been there to sort any problems and guide me through when I was unsure. The staff have always been very friendly and efficient.
Do not use Seekers! There are so many honest and trustworthy lettings agents in Maidstone but they are not one. They let properties that are not up to scratch and then withhold deposits at the end of tenancies for things that were in an awful state to start with. They do not allow for wear and tear and try to trick you in to paying fees you have not previously agreed to.
