Definitely the worse experience buying the third house in my life. After agreement confirmed by email and already started the process with my advisor and keeping constant contacts with the guys in the office I received a call saying that the propriety has been given to another buyer. I didn't get any reasonable justification on that. Very unprofessional staff and consequently unreliable company.Attached the email sent to my wife:Dear Mrs Malets,We have now heard back from the company selling the property.They are happy to accept your offer but only on the basis that we complete in September.
