Got ripped off again. Had two alternators go faulty. The second one blew up the ECM. This bunch of pirates. Charged me 2500. I will have no more work done by them. I asked for an investigation on the billing, but was ignored. This company has lost the plot. Car has been serviced by Ford agents from new......a VERY expensive option..I have a very low opinion of Haynes of Maidstone...I have been contacted by Haynes, but no decent explanation as to why they misdiagnosed the problem. An early intervention would have saved the ECM. And a lot of money... Still unhappy. Things can go wrong on cars....but this was incompetence.....And very expensive

If you care about your car, don't take it to the body shop for repair. My brand new Fiesta worth circa 20k was damaged whilst it was in for warranty repair work. The body shop manager had the audacity to tell me it was a 'fact of life'. I told him that this was a main dealer garage that should have taken more care of their customers cars. I declined their offer to rectify the problem as it would have been more hassle trying to agree what standard the repair work was carried out to.

My brother has just purchased from Matthew Causer and was very pleased with the service provided. Its probably the oldest independent family run dealer in the country and still going strong.. That says it all really . Highly recommended .
