Disappointing customer service from this dealership and having bought my third brand new car from them in 2017 I dont feel like a valued customer. How difficult can it be to get a minor problem sorted out under warranty? After having made three telephone calls and emailed the dealership and been assured by each member of staff with whom I spoke that they will deal with the issue, Im still waiting for someone, anyone, to revert back. Hopefully if this review is read by the dealership a further nudge might prompt you to contact me.

I have just changed to this main dealer they seem effectively efficient the staff are polite and very helpful. The service side of the business seems diligent in there work having found things I knew to need their attention, I was given a date for the work to be carried out on and provided with a loan car, what more could you ask for. Well here it is they sent me a stream of the work that needed doing when the first examination was done and another when the work was complete. Then they called me to make sure I was happy. Wouldnt you be?
